The weekend will include World Gay Rodeo Finals (WGRF), IGRA Royalty Competition beginning Thursday night, four nights of Dance parties and a special Reunion Dance on Saturday with continuous photos from 1976 to current rodeos of you, your friends, acquaintances, and all of those who have been involved in Gay Rodeo. IGRA Member Association Royalty from all over North America who have qualified to compete at this annual International Royalty Championship bring their very best to capture the International Titles and/or a coveted spot on this IGRA Royalty.

Palm Springs Hot Rodeo

IGRA rodeos promote Western culture and the sport of rodeo, while serving as fundraising vehicles benefiting many charitable organizations.

Since 1986, The IGRA has been crowning International Rodeo Royalty through a weekend competition event.

There will be many other related events in Reno this weekend, so book your room early.

Silver Legacy and Circus Circus are the host hotels and are in "The Row" which is located in downtown Reno.

The World of Gay Rodeo comes together the weekend of October 9 - 12, 2025 for the 36th World Gay Rodeo Finals®, in El Reno, OK. Preeminent among the gay rodeos sanctioned by the International Gay Rodeo Association, the Finals will feature the top twenty men & women contestants in ten traditional rodeo events plus three light-hearted, yet fiercely competitive "camp events" the likes of which are hallmarks of the gay rodeo and real crowd pleasers.
The International Gay Rodeo Association is the sanctioning body for gay rodeo throughout the United States and Canada.

A once in a lifetime event for the LGBTQ+ Western Community. ARGRA + CRGRA 1994-2024.

Do you remember your first involvement with Gay Rodeo? Was it as a contestant, volunteer, royalty, official or spectator? IGRA rodeo events welcome lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, as well as heterosexual contestants and spectators, where competitors, regardless of sexual or gender identity, compete in rodeo without discrimination.
